| 摘 要： | 在大学生就业形势日益严峻和就业竞争激烈的今天,由于受家庭条件和传统观念的影响,贫困大学生已经成为大学生就业大军中的弱势群体。客观存在的不利因素,在很大程度上影响了贫困大学生的就业质量。针对当前贫困大学生就业难的问题,应该着重从完善扶持政策,加强职业生涯规划教育和心理疏导,建立就业援助机制等方面提供帮助和统筹解决。
