摘    要:为改进车架的设计,应用CAD/CAE技术对3.6m货车车架进行计算.利用Pro/E建立车架的三维实体模型,对该模型进行必要的修改形成筒化模型,将简化模型导入ANSYS环境中,最后进行弯曲工况下的强度校核计算.

Abstract:CAD/CAE technique was employed to calculate van frames.A 3-D entity model of a van frame was set up using the Pro/E software.Its simplified model was formed by modifying.The sim-plified model was introduced into the ANSYS software.The strength of the van frame was calculated using ANSYS under bending condition to provide data for the modification design of the frame.
