| 摘 要： | 我国在夏季奥运项目上存在着非均衡发展的现象,造成这种现象的原因主要是非均衡发展战略指导思想,具体包括:历史成因——中国近现代史社会背景下民族心理选择的必然结果;政治成因——提高国际声望与地位,在国际社会中获得话语权,展示我国社会主义制度的优越性的结果;经济成因——计划经济体制时期举国体制选择的结果,社会主义市场经济体制时期市场规律选择的结果;人类学成因——中国的人种对运动项目选择的结果。实施非均衡发展战略的积极作用:适合我国的实际情况;非均衡发展战略有利于社会资源的最佳利用和保护,为我国的社会发展带来了实际的成效;为我国竞技体育的发展提供了动力,为非优势项目提供了发展和成功的经验。消极作用:限制了非优势项目的发展;造成了单一利益主体的格局;易造成运动员的非正常流动。
