| Abstract: | How to study,act and implement the spirit of the 17th Party Congress seriously,in the writer's opinion,we should improve the leading cadres' "Six Capabilities"——the capability to judge the situation scientifically,to cope with the complicated situation,to manage the college lawfully,to command the overall situation,to construct harmonious campus,to keep away from the corruption and coup,and be engaged in politics honestly and virtuously. |
