| 摘 要： | 中国传统文化是企业文化产生的务件和土壤，企业文化建设与中国传统文化具有十分密切的关系，汲取中国传统文化的精华，有利于全面提高企业员工的素质，有利于增强企业的凝聚力，有利于为企业发展提供精神动力和道德保障，有利于帮助企业树立正确的经营理念，塑造良好的企业形象。对现代企业文化建设具有独特功能和积极作用。

| Abstract: | Chinese traditional culture close relationship between each other. It is is the precondition and soil for enterprise culture. They have favorable to promote the quality of the staff in all - round way, enhance the cohesive force of enterprise, offer the spiritual motivity and moral guarantee, build up the correct business idea and figure good image of enterprise by drawing elite of the Chinese traditional culture. Therefore it will be of special function and active role for constructing the modern enterprise culture. |
