| 摘 要： | 以知识性工作连续体理论为指导,通过采取不同方法重复聚类的方式对全国11个省、自治区、直辖市973名有效样本关于8大类37小类工作的知觉分类进行剖析,明确了中国人心目中从知识性工作到非知识性工作的具体内容,从而为人们正确理解知识工作者提供有益的借鉴。 |

| Abstract: | Guided by the continuum theory of knowledge work,this study applied different clustering technologies to analyze 973 valid subjective perceptions about 8-category and 37 sub-category daily works.The results revealed the details from one continuum end of knowledge work to the other end of non-knowledge-work in Chinese mind.Thus,it provided a reference for the scientific definition about knowledge worker. |
