在文学教育中渗透心理健康教育的思考

摘    要:在文学教育中渗透心理健康教育可以使学生在获得知识的同时,发展能力,塑造人格,培养良好的心理品质,促进心理的和谐。文章分析了在文学教育中渗透心理健康教育的必要性,并结合教学实践,探讨了如何在课堂教学中渗透心理教育、在写作训练中优化心理品质等。

Abstract:The literary teaching combined with the education of mental health enables the students to develop their creativity,shape good personality,cultivate healthy mental quality and keep a harmonious mental state in the process of knowledge acquisition.The article analyzes the necessity of the education of mental health in literary teaching.It also probes into the problems such as how to penetrate the education of mental health into literary teaching and how to optimize the mental quality in the training of writing.
