| 摘 要： | 人性论的假设是任何管理理论的前提之一。科学管理的前提应是对人性的深刻认识以及符合时代需要的科学的人性假设。而中国传统的儒家文化的发展史实际上就是一部中国古代人性论的发展史。因而，研究中国儒家的人性管理思想对创立适应中国国情的管理理论具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The suppose of human nature is one of the premises of any management theory. Both the deep knowledge of human nature and the scientific suppose of human nature which is suitable to present society are the premise of scientific management. The history of traditional Chinese Confucian culture's development is the history of development of Chinese antique theory of human nature. So it is very important to study the human nature management ideas of Chinese Confucian to find the Chinese characteristic theories of management. |
