| 摘 要： | 考试焦虑是一种常见的心理现象。本文为了解高职高专学生考试焦虑的现状，对288名高职高专学生考试焦虑现象及其影响因素进行了调查，调查结果表明：79．2％的高职高专学生表现出考试焦虑。考试焦虑会影响学生考试成绩和身心健康。针对不同程度的考试焦虑。本文提出几种一般性辅导策略和控制考试焦虑的心理训练方法。
