| Abstract: | From theory toward policy" is the important tendency of innovation system studies. Taking OECD NIS (national innovation systems) project as a case, this article analyses how the policy researches are developed based on in-depth theoretical studies in this project. The significance of this project for Chinese innovation system studies is discussed as well. |
