Abstract:Taking the reform of personnel system of Hangzhou Teacher's Institute as an example,the paper analyzes the shortcomings of personnel system on the field of library and information at present and suggests that a competitive and inspiring system should be applied in personnel administration.The paper also provides with a viewpoint of renewing outdated senses and making use of personnel resource scientifically.
