摘    要:随着物流业的发展,高校物流专业本科生就业稳定性问题愈发凸显。环境、工作、个体等因素都会对大学生的就业离职率造成或积极或消极的影响。通过构建因果关系模型,从系统动力学视角阐述这些因素对物流本科生就业稳定性的具体影响。结果显示增强物流本科生的就业稳定性,要在保障良好的就业环境的同时,重点发挥工作因素和个体因素的积极作用,关键是要大力发展物流行业和完善物流高等教育。

Abstract:The stability of employees is crucial to the development of enterprises.With the development of logistics industry,the employment stability of logistics graduates becomes more and more important.Environmental factors,work factors and individual factors will affect the turnover rate of logistics graduates.On the basis of logistics graduates specificity and causality model,the paper explained the influence of these factors on employment stability from the perspective of system dynamics.The results show that it is necessary to focus on the positive role of work factors,individual factors and good employment environment to enhance the employment stability of logistics graduates.The key is to vigorously develop logistics industry and improve logistics higher education.
