摘 要: | 对中国高校区域性科技活动能力进行评价,可为促进中国各地区高校科技活动均衡良好发展提供管理依据。在构建中国高校科技活动能力指标评价体系的基础上,针对单项评价方法的片面性,分别用基于改进的熵权理论、最短路径理论的层次分析法(AHP)以及主成分分析法(PCA),对31个省、自治区和直辖市(不含我国港澳台地区)的高校科技活动能力进行评价,最后用离差最大化的方法将3种评价方法的评价结果进行集结。结果表明:中国高校科技活动能力存在较大的区域差异性,总体上呈现东部地区大多数高校科技活动能力较强,西部地区较弱,中部地区居中的规律性。

Combination Evaluation of Local Scientific and Technological Ability of Universities in China |

Abstract: | In order to promote the sound development of the scientific and technological (S&T)activities of universities in China with equilibrium,evaluation of the local scientific and technological ability of universities is needed to support S&T management.Taking 31 provinces as samples,three methods were used to evaluate the local S&T ability of universities in different regions of China based on the designed evaluation index system to avoid the one -sidedness of the simple method.The three methods were analytic hierarchy structure process (AHP)based on the improved entropy weight theory,the shor-test distance method and principal component analysis (PCA),respectively.Results show that there are great regional difference existing for the S&T ability of universities.The eastern areas generally have high ability;the western areas gener-ally have low ability,and areas in central regions generally have mid -level ability. |
