| 摘 要： | 通过文献综述,研究分析NPD合作网络组态、企业创新战略导向对合作网络创新绩效的影响,阐述以上影响的内在机理,进而提出NPD合作网络组态和企业创新战略导向间的典型相关关系假设;然后,通过实证研究方法对研究假设进行验证,最终提取出两对典型相关变量并分析其内涵,结合我国企业的发展现状对研究结论的现实意义进行讨论。

Empirical Study of the Relationship between Network Configuration and Enterprise Innovation Direction |

| Abstract: | This paper firstly analyzes the positive effects of NPD network configuration and enterprise innovation direction on the network innovation performance by literature review,expounding the inner mechanism of the above effects,and then puts forward the canonical correlation relationship assumption between NPD network configuration and the enterprise innova-tion strategy directions.The above research hypotheses are verified through an empirical study and two pairs of canonical correlation variables are extracted.Finally,the practical significance of the above research conclusions is discussed,taking regard of the current developing situation of enterprises in our country. |
