| 摘 要： | 辽宁省作为我国最重要的老工业基地,其快速发展的背后必然离不开现代物流业的支撑。为了现代物流业的可持续发展,绿色物流的发展势在必行。利用SWOT-AHP相结合的方法,构建一个定量分析和定性分析相结合的模型。首先利用SWOT法分析辽宁省物流业的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁,在此基础上利用AHP法确定各因素的权重并排序,最后提出辽宁省未来的物流业战略导向。

The SWOT Analysis of Green logistics in Liaoning Province Based on AHP |

| Abstract: | As China's most important old industrial base,Liaoning province should rely on the rapid development of modern logistics for its fast development.In order to maintain the sustainable development of modern logistics industry,the devel-opment of green logistics is imperative.This paper uses the SWOT method and AHP,and builds a model combining quanti-tative analysis and qualitative analysis.First the paper uses SWOT method to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportuni-ties and threats in Liaoning province.Then on this basis,AHP method is used to determine the weight of each factor and make a ranking.Finally the paper puts forward strategic orientation of future development. |
