| 摘 要： | 运用DEA-HR-LCV三步法模型,分析农业科技创新系统的协同创新问题。研究表明,农业科技研发团队与农户技术效率的提升受制于其规模效率,专业协会组织的技术效率显著高于传统农业科技推广部门,提升农业科技创新系统的协同创新能力,整体处于"协调且一般有效"状态,而农业技术创新链与产业链的"极弱融合"是主要制约因素,科技研发、农业科技推广与社会化服务及农业科技采纳与应用等方面的不足是导致农业科技系统内部未深度融合的主要原因。

| Abstract: | Using DEA -HR -LCV three -stage method,the paper carries out the analysis of the agricultural science and technology innovation system on the synergy innovation ability.The paper concludes that the scale efficiency is the main re-striction factor for agricultural team and farmers to improve technical efficiency;professional associations'technical efficien-cy is significantly higher than traditional popularizing agricultural science and technology department;the overall situation is “coordination and generally effective”;the “extremely weak convergence”in the innovation chain and industry chain is the main restriction factor.The problems can be attributed to insufficient research and development,ineffective agricultur-al technology promotion and socialized service,and the lack of technology adoption and application. |
