| 摘 要： | 科技服务业对科技创新有关键的支撑推动作用,是现代服务业的重要组成部分,是推动产业结构升级优化的关键产业。面对未来创新经济发展的要求,我国科技服务业在体制机制方面存在诸多不适应性。在分析我国科技服务业发展水平的基础上,利用1995—2012年中国各省级行政区科技服务业有关数据,通过空间基尼系数等,解析中国科技服务业空间集聚发展态势,运用层次聚类分析法考察我国科技服务业存在的区域非均衡性,在计量模型框架下识别中国科技服务业发展的关键性影响因素,对作为现代服务业发展新业态的科技服务业,分别从横向支撑体系、纵向支撑体系、结构支撑体系以及不同区域发展路径提出推进中国科技服务业发展的对策。

| Abstract: | Technology service industry is a very important impetus to promote the upgrading of economy.Clarifying and recognizing the agglomeration situation and influencing factors of China's science and technology service industry can help formulate reasonable industrial policies for different regions and provide the basis for effective coordination promoting region-al innovation development.On the basis of theoretical analysis,referring to the data of the domain of science and technology services related to the economic development in Chinese provinces from 1 995 to 201 2,through space Gini coefficient,etc., using visualization of geographic information system,the paper investigated the spatial agglomeration situation of Chinese science and technology service industry.Under the framework of spatial econometric model,the paper identifies the impact of economy of scale,technology strength,knowledge spillover and the government behavior in the eastern,central and west-ern regions on the development of technology service industry in China's transitional period.The result shows that the gov-ernment behavior has the strongest influencing power;economy of scale and economic development have considerably strong influence;science and technology strength has certain influence;knowledge spillover has two sides.The paper put forward the development path to science and technology service industry,a new format of modern service industry,from the horizon-tal support system,the vertical support system,and the structural support system. |
