| 摘 要： | 中国机器人的研发始于20世纪70年代,源于个别学者对国外技术的跟踪;80年代国家层面开始以"七五计划"为契机对军工领域应用自动化技术进行了顶层设计;90年代国家"863计划"加大了对自动化领域智能机器人的研发工作,从此开创了中国智能机器人工业化发展的技术路线。通过回顾不同历史时期中国科技发展规划中与机器人相关的政策出台背景、实施过程、技术路线及成效,从而反思中国机器人产化道路中的经验和教训。

Review of Policy on Chinese Robot Industrialization in Start-up Stage |

| Abstract: | Chinese robot research and development has began since 1 970s,which derives from the tracking research of for-eign technology by some scholars.Catching the opportunity of Seventh Five -Year Plan,our government started to make top -level design of the application of automatic technology in military field over the next decade.In 1 990s,the research and development on automatic intelligent robot was given more attention in 863 program,which created the technology road-map of Chinese automatic robot industrialization.By reviewing the background,executing process,technology roadmap and effect of the policies of the robot in Science and Technology planning of China in different historical periods,the paper at-tempts to rethink the experiences and lessons in the industrialization road of Chinese automatic robot. |
