| 摘 要： | 通过总结与比较现有科技成果评价方法,提出一种将熵权与物元分析模型相结合的科技成果评价模型。该模型采用熵权法对评价指标进行客观赋权,避免了主观因素的影响;此外,采用物元分析法构建科技成果评价模型,解决了科技成果专家评议模糊性结果的合成问题。实证分析表明,该模型应用于科技成果评价具有实用性和可操作性。

Application for Technological Achievements Evaluations Model Based on Entropy Weight and Matter-element Analysis |

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the evaluation methods used in technological achievements at present, a method that combines entropy weigh and matter-element analysis model was put forward. On the one hand, the entropy weight method for objective empowerment can reduce the influence of subjective factors; on the other hand, using the matter-element analysis method to construct scientific and technological achievements evaluation model can better to deal with the fuzziness of the evaluation results. The actual example shows that this method has operability and practicability. |
