| 摘 要： | 基于创新管理、专利评估等领域的相关研究,结合高校专利创造活动的特性构建专利创造活动影响因素分析的概念模型,并通过实证研究,揭示近10年来我国高校专利创造活动快速发展的成因.研究结果表明,创造活动主体即教师的创造能力提升、与企业交流合作的日益密切以及实验条件和文献条件的改善是关键推动因素,专利申请与维护费用补贴等激励因素的作用已经弱化.

Quantitative Research on Factors for University Patent Creation: Based on Engineering Universities |

| Abstract: | This paper which is based on the field of innovation management, patent assessment as well as combined the characteristics of university patents creatively activities, build a conceptual model for the patent creation activities influencing factors. Through empirical studies reveal the causes of the rapid development of university patent creation activities in recent 10 years. Furthermore, the conclusion is established in the aspect of action dimensions (creator factors, support factors and market factors) and performance dimensions (creativity, novelty and practicality of the patent). The results show that the creator which refers to the ability of teachers" creative ability, exchanges and cooperation with the enterprise as well as the experimental conditions and literature conditions are the key motivating factors, while the role of patent applications and maintenance costs of subsidies and other incentives have been weakening. |
