| 摘 要： | 文化，作为这个时代的一种决定性力量，在教师专业发展中越来越显现出其重要的价值。本研究通过调查发现，上海市幼儿园教师的文化生活以休闲娱乐为主；文化知识水平在广度、深度上尚待加强，专业知识存在“学何以用”的问题；幼儿园教师的文化观念整体情况较好，文化教育观最佳，教师间差异集中在文化比较观；幼儿园教师的整体文化行为水平较高，日常生活行为和教育教学行为的表现良好，教师间差异集中在师幼互动行为。
