上海市幼儿园教师的文化状况

摘    要:文化,作为这个时代的一种决定性力量,在教师专业发展中越来越显现出其重要的价值。本研究通过调查发现,上海市幼儿园教师的文化生活以休闲娱乐为主;文化知识水平在广度、深度上尚待加强,专业知识存在“学何以用”的问题;幼儿园教师的文化观念整体情况较好,文化教育观最佳,教师间差异集中在文化比较观;幼儿园教师的整体文化行为水平较高,日常生活行为和教育教学行为的表现良好,教师间差异集中在师幼互动行为。

Abstract:As a key power of this era,culture becomes more and more important in teacher development.In this research,we found that:(1)Kindergarten teachers mainly focus on entertainment in their cultural life.(2)Kindergarten teachers need to increase the level of their cultural knowledge,especially professional knowledge in the breadth and depth.(3)The cultural value of kindergarten teachers is generally good.The best part is cultural education concept.There is obvious difference in cultural comparison.(4)The cultura...
