| Abstract: | This article points out that employment directing for the college students should be studied as a completesubject according to Power theory and the purpose of realizing the students' recognition of their self-knowledge. It suggeststhat the study of this subject should combine employment theory support with practical guidance, continuity with gradualnessto provide all-round support for the students and improve their employment quality. |
