| 摘 要： | 地方本科院校科学发展的核心问题是合理定位,关键问题是错位发展,根本保证是强化质量。文章认为,地方本科院校应定位于"专业应用型"普通高等教育,这种教育与侧重学科教育的普通大学教育同型异质;地方本科院校要选择适合自身发展的"专业应用型"教育发展模式,在所在的类型和层次上办出特色,形成可持续发展的特异优势。

| Abstract: | The core issues of local universities' science development is reasonable position, and its major problem is dislocation development. This paper says local universities should be oriented on general higher edu- cation of "application-oriented profession" that is same type but heterogeneity with general higher education which focus on interdisciplinary education. Local universities should choose " application-oriented profession" develop- ment model, shape special Features in their type and level, and form sustainable development of the specific ad- vantages. |
