| 摘 要： | 新建地方本科院校定位为"教学型"院校,值得商榷,需要再认识.每所大学都具有三种职能,不同类型的大学三种职能有不同的定位,而且在不同的发展时期,三种职能会有所变化,有所侧重.根据新建地方本科院校定位的地位、特征、历史、现状以及国内外同类型院校的办学经验,新建地方本科院校应定位为"地方性应用型"院校.
