| 摘 要： | 河南第三产业结构变动情况表明,第三产业的发展不足在于房地产与金融业的发展不足.房地产与金融业两者是相辅相成的关系,推动房地产金融创新,扩大融资渠道,这既有利于房地产业的持续健康发展,也有利于银行降低经营风险、提高优良贷款,更有利于河南第三产业的快速发展.

| Abstract: | The changes of third industry structure in Henan indicate that the development shortage of the third industry lies in the development shortage of real estate and financial industries. Real estate and financial industry are in a mutual beneficial relation. Improving the financial innovation of real estate and extending financial resources are not only helpful to real estate industry development, but also are advantageous for banks to lower management risk and raise good loans, and even more advantageous to the development of third industry in Henan. |
