| 摘 要： | 民族地区各级政府行政管理体制创新滞后的问题已经成为制约科学发展观贯彻落实、和谐社会构建和新农村建设的主要因素之一。民族地区政府必须在行政管理体制的改革创新上有大作为,深化行政管理体制改革创新,实现行政管理方式和手段的法治化,提高依法行政的水平,加快政府行政管理体制创新系统建设,推进民族地区经济社会健康、和谐、快速发展。
