| 摘 要： | 近年来，昆明市在农业产业结构调整中，坚持大力发展农业产业化经营，加大对农业龙头企业的扶持力度，使其得到了较快发展。但资金短缺、人才缺乏、科技含量和农产品附加值较低等因素，仍然是制约昆明市农业龙头企业进一步发展壮大的瓶颈。应提高农业生产的标准化水平，建立农业生产示范基地，提高专业市场的带动能力，并提升农业龙头企业的科技创新能力和信息化程度，才能进一步优化我市农业产业结构。

| Abstract: | In recent years, Kunming in the agricultural structure adjustment, adhere to vigorously develop industrial management of agriculture, increase agricultural leading enterprises to support efforts to get rapid development. However, some factors such as the shortage of funds, skills, technology content and low added value of agricultural products and so on remain the bottleneck for the further development of leading agricultural enterprises in Kunming. Furthermore, the more optimization of the agricultural industrial structure is needed to improve the standardization of agricultural production, establish a model of agricultural production base, enhance their professional capacity, promote the market potential and enhance the ability of creation and informatization of agricultural leading enterprises. |
