跳远最后两步助跑技术的生物力学特征

摘    要:本文通过对跳远是后两步助跑过程中身体重心在三维空间移动研究,揭示跳远最后两步助跑技术的生物力学特征。结果表明,在最后两步助跑中,身体重心的水平过度分别下降3.2%和4.6%,身体重心在垂直方向移动距离分别降低约4%和10%,身体重心在左右方向的移动变化也显示一定特征。

Abstract:By studying the movements of the centre of mass of the body in three -dimensional space during thelast two approach steps in long jump, the authors revealed the biomechanical characteristics of the last two steps.The results showed that, in the last two steps, the horizontal velocities of centre of mass are decreased by 3. 2%and 4. 6%, the vertical velocities are decreased by 4% and 10%. Also, there are some characteristics of movements in both sides.
