| 摘 要： | 文章通过对档案收集和利用工作的分析,说明了这项工作的重要意义。提出今后要进一步做好档案收集和利用工作的一些设想。要重新规范和制定归档范围,将应归档的文件材料尽可能完整收集,更好地为学校各项工作提供服务。在档案建设和利用工作中,以用促建、以用促收集,搞好档案建设工作。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the collection and utilization of archives and stresses the importance of this work.It also puts forward some suggestions on how to do this work better,such as regulating and defining the scope of archives,collecting documents as integrally as possible.The purpose is to serve the university well.In the construction and utilization of archives work,we should improve the construction,improve the collection and make good work by utilizing archives. |
