元情绪与大学生人际关系的相关研究——以福州大学学生为例

摘    要:为了探讨大学生的人际关系与元情绪二者之间的关系,重点考察了人际关系和元情绪之间的相关关系。共有265名福州大学的学生填写了特质性元情绪量表和人际关系诊断量表,通过对数据的整理和分析,得出如下结论:大学生的元情绪及人际关系在性别上不存在显著差异,元情绪在年级上的差异仅仅表现在元情绪的恢复维度上,而人际关系则存在显著的年级差异;大学生人际关系与元情绪整体水平之间存在显著的正相关。在元情绪的三个维度中,注意维度和辨识维度与元情绪的相关性显著,恢复维度没有表现出显著差异。通过对人际关系和元情绪进行回归分析发现,元情绪中的辨识维度对于人际关系的预测作用最高,解释变异仅达到5%。

Abstract:To discuss the relation between university students’ interpersonal relationship and meta-mood,this study mainly explores correlation between university students’ interpersonal relationship and meta-mood. 265 students from Fuzhou University fill in Trait Meta-mood and Interpersonal Relationship Scale. By summarizing and analyzing the data,it is found that there is no remarkable university students’ interpersonal relationship and meta-mood difference in gender,for meta-mood difference in grade is merely reflected by the meta-mood recovery dimension while the interpersonal relationship difference is great in grade; there is remarkable positive correlation between university students’ interpersonal relationship and the overall meta-mood level. Among the three dimensions of meta-mood,there is remarkable correlation between attention dimension and recognition dimension with meta-mood,and no remarkable difference in recovery dimension. Through the regression analysis of interpersonal relationship and meta-mood,it is found that recognition dimension in meta-mood has the highest predicting function of interpersonal relationship with explained variation only five percent.
