| 摘 要： | 元伦理学对象可以归结为三大范畴:"善"、"应该(包括正当)"和"事实"或所谓"是".善亦即正价值,是客体事实所具有的能够满足主体需要、实现主体欲望、符合主体目的的效用.应该是行为善,是行为事实符合其目的的效用性.正当则是行为的道德善,是行为事实的符合道德目的的效用性.正当、应该和善都是客体事实对于主体需要、欲望、目的的某种效用,都是客体的依赖主体需要、欲望、目的而存在的属性,因而都属于价值范畴;反之,事实或"是",则是价值的对立范畴,是客体的不依赖主体的需要、欲望、目的而独立存在的属性.事实与价值构成客体的全部外延而与主体相对立;主体及其需要、欲望和目的既不是价值也不是事实,而是联接二者的中介物.

| Abstract: | The objects of meta-ethics falls into three main categories: kindness, obligation (including justness), and fact. Kindness is positive value, or the effectiveness of object fact in satisfying the needs, desires and purposes of the subject. Obligation is behavioral kindness, or the effectiveness of behavioral facts in meeting their purpose.
