| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来，随着中国高等教育办学规模扩大，教育质量问题越来越成为社会普遍关注的热点。在高等教育大众化阶段，高等教育作为一种教育服务逐渐被理论和实务界所接受，教育市场化观念在WTO框架下得到进一步强化．本文回顾近30多年来国外高等教育服务质量研究的现状，以期给国内高等教育服务质量的研究提供些许借鉴。

| Abstract: | The quality of education becomes the focus of society as the expansion of school size of china Since 1990s.In the mass education stage,the higher education is accepted a service by theorists and practitioners,and the concept of Education market-oriented is enhanced in the framework of WTO.This article reviews the studies of higher education service quality aboard from 1970s inorder to give a reference to the studies of higher education service quality domestic. |
