| 摘 要： | 法学是具有专业性、实践性的学科,传统法学教学模式只注重学生知识的传授,不重视学生实践能力的培养,与社会的需求脱节。改变这种局面首先要明确教学目标,然后在教学模式和教学方法上大胆创新,案例教学法可以说是一种经过考验的有益的教学方法。

| Abstract: | Law science is a professional and practical discipline.Traditional law teaching mode is divorced from demand of the society since teachers only pay attention to teaching knowledge,not developing students' practical ability.Teachers should be clear about teaching goal first if changing this situation,then bold in blazing new trails on the teaching mode and method.Case method can be regarded as a kind of tested and beneficial teaching method. |
