| 摘 要： | 政治意识文明与民主政治制度建设，是建设社会主义政治文明的主要矛盾，抓住和解决好这个矛盾，就一定能实现社会主义政治文明。政治意识文明是政治文明的灵魂，政治制度文明是政治文明的核心内容。民主政治制度建设的主体是代表先进生产力发展要求的阶级及其政党。中国共产党的民主政治制度建设是实现社会主义政治文明的关键，其政治意识文明对民主政治制度建设起着引导、规范等作用。

| Abstract: | The construction of political ideology civilization and the political system construction of democracy are the key factor to build political civilization. We will realize the social political civilization by paying more attention and solving well the key factor. Political ideology civilization is the soul of political civilization. Political system civilization is the core of political civilization. The subject of political system of democracy is the class and its political party which stands for the developing demand of advanced productive force, therefore. The political system construction of democracy of CPC is the key of realizing political civilization of socialism, and its political ideology civilization has the functions of direction and standardization to the construction of political construction of democracy. |
