| 摘 要： | 抗日战争胜利后,中国作为世界反法西斯同盟国之一,拥有要求日本进行战争赔偿的权利,这一问题的解决经过一个漫长的过程,大致可分为三个阶段1.战后初期,国民党政府要求赔偿的态度强硬;2.五十年代,日本迫使台湾当局放弃赔偿;3.1972年中日恢复邦交正常化,中国政府大义放弃赔偿要求.

| Abstract: | China,being one of the anti fascist Allies,had the right to demand war reparations from Japan after the victory of Anti Japanese war.To solve the problem has taken quite a long time,which can be roughly divided into three stages:1.in the early post war period during which the KMT govemment demanded reparations firmly;2.in 50th during which Japan compelled the Taipei authorities to give up war reparations;3.In 1972,China and Japan resumed diploatic relations and the Chinese government gave up war reparations righteously. |
