| Abstract: | Sociolinguistics emphasizes the close relationship between community and language, and it is concerned about the interaction between language and society. In A Lai’s novel All is Settled, the King-Mai Qi Chieftain, whose powerful discourse makes his social status fully showed. This paper will take the words ,analyze its characteristics of words from the perspective of social linguistics. |
