南疆蒺藜科三种植物叶解剖结构及生态适应性

摘    要:通过对蒺藜科(Zygophyllaceae)三种旱生植物——蒺藜(Tribulus terrester L.)、喀什霸王(Sarcozygium kaschgaricum)、骆驼蓬(Peganumharmala L.)叶片的结构进行比较解剖学研究,观察和比较叶的外部形态、叶肉、叶脉等解剖结构,结果表明,它们都有共同的旱生结构,又有各自的旱生结构共同去适应干旱环境;种间的差异表现在叶肉中栅栏组织和海绵组织的厚度以及细胞的形态结构和排列;旱生叶片的结构向着栅栏组织发达,发展贮水组织以及叶片退化等方向发展.根据其解剖结构将三种旱生植物分为三种类型.

Abstract:The leaves structures of Tribulus terrester L、Sarcozygium kaschgaricum and Peganum harmala were anatomically studied and the epidermises,mesophylls and veins of the leaves were compared in the paper.The result shows:they not only have public drought-adaption structures,but also show some differentiations on drought-adaptive structure to meet metreme drought enoironment;the differentiated extent of palisade and spongy tissues,shape and arrangment of the cells vary also from species to species;The structure of drought leaves towards the fence developed,developing water and other organizations of leaves develop towards degradation direction.Three drought plants were disparted three types on anatomical structures.
