| 摘 要： | 行政法比例原则被誉为行政法中的“皇冠原则”，是制约行政自由裁量权的一个重要工具。但在我国尚未得到充分的应用。文章在对比例原则的内涵进行界定的基础上，结合比例原则在我国行政法中的现状，探求了我国行政法中引进比例原则的方式和途径，对完善我国的行政法制建设具有重要意义。
