| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review,questionnaire and practical investigation,this paper discusses the basic condition of after-job training of college physical education teacher in Henan province and points out the necessity of teacher training from the relevant theory of human resource.The main purpose is to provide the suggestions for teacher's after job training in Henan province. |
