| 摘 要： | 农村劳动力向非农产业和向城镇的转移是国家现代化、城市化的必然要求与趋势.在现代化发展过程中,各国农村劳动力转移的规模与状况会有不同,但都无一例外地与教育发生着紧密的联系.本文综合分析了澳大利亚、马来西亚、中国、孟加拉四国农村劳动力转移与教育的关系,重点分析了农村劳动力转移中的教育作用与问题.

| Abstract: | Rural labor force transformation to non - agricultural industries and urban areas presents the inevitable trend of modernization and urbanization. In the process of modernization, rural labor force transformation with various conditions and scale undoubtedly keep close ties with education. Focusing on the roles and problems of education, this article provides comprehensive analysis on the relation between rural labor force transformation and education in Australia, Malaysia, Bangladesh and China. |
