| 摘 要： | 分析了CBA外援引进和管理中存在的问题及其发展趋势，研究认为：1）CBA外援引进作为一种体育文化交流是我国社会变迁的一个缩影，社会变迁将继续影响我国篮球文化和世界篮球文化交流的深度和广度；2）文化在多元化交流中整合、发展的规律要求我国篮球发展之路不能局限于美国，应该立足自我，整合各种优势；3）外援问题的主要原因是管理制度没有形成管理者和外援的文化自觉，是“人治”与“法治”的冲突。
