| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着晋商影视作品的升温,对晋商的崛起尤其是明清时期晋商"海内最富"的兴盛缘由的研究又重新得到了学界专家和学者的关注。回顾历史,从地理位置、政策导向、历史契机、文化背景等方面对晋商兴盛的的深层次原因进行重新审视,在当代仍然具有重要的现实意义。
