| 摘 要： | 长期以来，内江蔗糖界由于盛行“上流下接”的帮规，“长项”蔗农对于糖商的苛重盘剥，往往习惯于忍耐和接受。抗战时期，随着“蔗农＋合作社”经营模式的建立，内江蔗糖业的长项债务纠纷接踵而来。长项债务纠纷实质上是“蔗农＋糖房”与“蔗农＋合作社”两种经营模式之间的竞争。内江蔗糖界最终确立了“蔗农＋糖房”与“蔗农＋合作社”彼此互相独立、互不相干的并存局面。

| Abstract: | For a long time, due to the prevalent rule in the cane sugar industry, the cane peasants had got used to endurance and acceptance of the sugar merchants＇ exploitation on them. During Anti-Japanese War, with the establishment of management mode of Cooperation Artel of Cane Peasants, the debt disputes in sugar business in Neijiang came one after another. The disputes were in fact the competition between the mode of ＂cane peasants plus sugar plant＂ and that of ＂cane peasants plus Cooperation Artel＂. And finally, there appeared the situation in which the modes existed at the same time and were independent of each other. |
