| 摘 要： | 技术本科教育的发展存在体制归属不清、体系衔接不顺、分类管理不实、社会协作不力等问题。这些问题源自于技术本科教育的快速发展与非正式制度变迁滞后、技术本科教育的传统化与企业实际需求的矛盾等。为改变这种状况,建议打通体制通道,对技术本科教育实施实施分类管理;建立高职、技术本科、专业学位研究生联动发展机制;对接中小城市、中小企业需求,建立合作长效机制。
