摘    要:教学是一种人之为人的实践活动。教学引导人的智慧成长的使命决定了它是一种智慧实践,教学本质的教育特性决定了它是一种伦理实践,教学过程的交往属性决定了它是一种情感实践。教学是教师以个人的方式与学生进行个性化的接触,只有当个体真正地进入教学,教学促进个体生命成长的意义才能得以真正实现。

Abstract:Teaching is a kind of man-made activities which is for person's development.Teaching guiding the growth of human's wisdom determines that it is a wisdom practice;the educative character of teaching practice determines that it is an ethical practice;the communication of teaching process determines that it is an emotional practice.Teaching is a kind of personalized contact between teachers and students.Only when individuals really get into teaching,can the meaning that teaching promotes individual's life grow...
