| 摘 要： | 针对《公共管理导论》一书中有关＂政府角色＂的讨论以及作者观点,在市场失灵、政府工具、政府干预、政府规模与职能等方面进行了分析和总结,并对传统公共行政和公共管理中的政府角色和运作方式进行了比较,得出了在混合经济中,不能一味追求＂小政府＂,而应明确政府角色,合理定位其职能的启示。此外,文章对我国政府如何合理定位政府角色亦作了进一步的探讨。
