| 摘 要： | 本文基于调研分析了民办学校实施营利性、非营利性分类管理的时机、理由、适用的教育领域以及推行分类管理后学校的选择、学校资产归属等问题,提出应结合我国民办教育实际,将民办学校划分为营利性民办学校、非营利性不要求合理回报的民办学校、非营利性要求合理回报的民办学校三种,并实施相应的配套政策。
