生活世界视域中教师的专业身份认同

摘    要:在生活世界中强调作为人的教师,是其专业身份认同的前提条件。研究者与艺术家之间动态维持的张力关系构成了教师专业身份认同的可能空间,它既关注以艺术为中介的生命反思,又重视以研究为动力的自我生成。在教育实践中坚持以少为多的变革思路、形成陌生人的教师自我意象、发展教师自我的实践智慧等,则是教师专业身份认同的基本策略。
