| 摘 要： | 结合新建本科院校面临的阶段性问题和转型的内涵,本文提出新建本科院校转型发展定位应是有所侧重的多科性大学,转型发展的取向应是教学服务型大学,转型发展的策略应是有所为有所不为,转型发展的内生动力应是完善基层学术组织、优化内部管理体制,从而从结构到形态、从形式到内涵真正实现向现代大学的转型发展。
