| 摘 要： | 中小学校长交流是教育人力资源管理的重要活动,本文基于我国中小学校长交流工作实施的现状、问题的调查分析,试图为我国科学制定中小学校长交流制度提供现实依据,有利于推进校长交流工作健康有序地实施,优化校长人力资源配置、激发校长专业发展的内在活力、提高学校管理工作绩效。
